Recently, it was announced that the Lincoln Motor Company earned the highest loyalty rate among new luxury vehicle consumers for the first quarter of 2017, according to IHS Markit loyalty data. Lincoln's popularity has been credited to the Lincoln MKC, Lincoln MKX and Lincoln MKZ.

In a release, Kumar Galhotra, President, The Lincoln Motor Company, said, “For Lincoln, it’s about providing quality vehicles and exemplary service. This tells us we’re moving in the right direction.”

Lincoln's devotion to delivering consummate customer experience is illustrated by the company's exclusive Pickup and Delivery Service, which in included with every 2017 vehicle sold. A Lincoln Service Valet will pick up a client's vehicle for a service appointment from a location that's convenient for the customer, deliver a complimentary Lincoln loaner for use during the service, and then return with the owner's freshly washed vehicle to the client's destination after the service is completed.

Brand loyalty is determined when a household that already owns a new vehicle comes back and either purchases or leases another new vehicle of the same model, make or manufacturer. First quarter loyalty data was based on January 2017 through March 2017 loyalty analytics provided by IHS Markit. Lincoln sales have grown 6 percent this year, topping the luxury segment's average of 2 percent.
